"The Blue Wave Inn is located directly on the water. We woke up to wonderful sunrises and ended the day with spectacular sunsets. The limited amount of rooms makes for a quiet, restful stay. It’s the exact opposite of a large, chain hotel! The contactless access makes checking in and out simple and easy. My wife especially enjoys the jetted tub, and I was impressed with the large, walk in, dual head shower. The water pressure is as good as I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! If you’re looking for a higher end hotel, that’s easy to find, easy to get in to, is close to a variety of restaurants, you’ll want to stay at the Blue Wave Inn! This was our second stay, and it won’t be the last!"

There are not many options in or near Port Wing and we were thrilled to find this new-ish place. It worked out perfectly for us. Walking distance to the high school, coffee shop and Lake Superior."
