There is easy access to the 8-mile Logger Head Walk/Bike Path that runs from the beginning of Cape San Blas Road to the State Park at the end of the peninsula. We are partnered with Fighting Conch Rentals and bookings will be given a special discount code to rent all your beach gear for the ultimate fun in the sun!
Bringing a pet? A limit of two dogs is accepted for an additional $150 fee. Must be crated when in home alone.
No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restaurant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

-While all of our homes do have internet, we do not handle wifi and cable at your vacation rental, if your internet were to go out you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-You cannot drive a golf cart on the beach at this area without a beach permit tag, contact the local TDC for details
-Beach gear cannot be left out on the beach
-Holes must be filled before leaving the beach
