Details: Located in the desirable community of Hibiscus, Marisol is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bath home replete with spectacular panoramic vistas that feature natural sand dunes and emerald green water. Guests have use of the community’s private beach and bay access, boat dock, gated pool, and boardwalk. Ideal for large families or groups, Marisol can accommodate 12 guests in its three levels and is equipped with an elevator.

The expansive open plan living area is perfect for gathering together. Stylishly decorated in beach inspired décor, the living room features a cozy sectional sofa, 2 armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, as well as access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and amazing views.

The modern kitchen comes replete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances—including a wine cooler—and is very well-equipped for the cooks in your group. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar with seating for 3, or at the 12-seat dining table off the kitchen.

Marisol can accommodate 3-4 vehicles maximum in the driveway, and there is space to store a boat underneath the house.

There are two ways to access the beach from this property. Guests can use the trail access across the street to hike through the dune to the beach or they can use the Hibiscus community access point.

Plenty of room for a large family.
The house was one of the best floorplans we’ve ever had. Lots of living space with a wonderful big dining table we could all fit around. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Only problems were with ants in the kitchen, a few exposed nails on the stairway and although the house had an elevator, it stopped working after the first day.We called maintenance company several times without a timely response. Issues were finally addressed on our last day in the house.

Beautiful house in a great location!
We had an amazing time at Marisol! The pictures are accurate: it's an absolutely beautiful house. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked: great for cooking. The huge dining room table and comfy couch were great for our large group. Beds are comfortable. We had fun exploring the bay behind the house and the view of the sunset/beach across the street can't be beat! I would go back to Marisol in a heartbeat!

The house was great. Loved the elevator ! As seniors we couldn’t have done without it. The gas grill was inoperable. Before we left we mentioned it to the the custodians. The rug in the dining area was a trip hazard. It was curled on the ends. Looked as is someone had tried to tape it down. Even with those minor inconveniences , we definitely would stay in this house again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!!
Loved everything about Marisol. The elevator was certainly and asset when moving in or out. Sunrises and sunsets were probably the best I've seen in a while. Only complaint was that we had to go to the store and buy a coffee maker. There was one there but it did not work. There also was a k-cup, but that's kind of hard with a large party. We shall return.
