"We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage away from the resort crowds. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach for a walk. We enjoyed the pool. We also had a car so we could travel around the island as we like to get out and see other areas getting to know the people, food and culture of Roatan. We highly recommend this property for an pleasant time in Roatan. "

"Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! "This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven."
