The property features open plan living with a separate living room for the kids with smart TV. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. There are four good size bedrooms, master with ensuite, separate toilet to main and a third toilet in the laundry. Bedding configuration 3 x queen beds, 1 double bed and 1 x single bed sleeping 9.

There are many local attractions which include Timbertown, The Billabong Koala Wildlife Park, cruises along the river and canals, ten pin bowling, skate park or why not take the children to Ricardoes Tomato and Strawberry farm and let them pick their own strawberries, horse riding, cinema, Glasshouse Entertainment Centre and wineries. Full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Books, games and cards.
