"Great little spot with an amazing view in a beautiful little town"

"My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hugh's Highland Hideaway as the centerpiece of our 12 day Scotland vacation. What rare a special place. The cottage is surrounded my meadows and grazing sheep set againast beautiful green mountain slopes behind. Inside it's very well kept and clean with updated heaters, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was especially impressive with everything we needed to cook our meals every morning and evening. Very close to Storr and The Quiraing we hiked both and made it back in time to clean up, eat and watch the sunsets. Romantic neautiful peaceful and relaxing."

"We loved the place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if back this way again. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Those meals were great too. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The only issue we had was a cold shower that never did warm up at all. Presumably a maintenance issue that will be corrected in short order. "
