Find Hotel with a Concierge in Port Harcourt

"Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing. "

"The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty."

"I made the reservation but when I got to the hotel I was informed that they don't do business with Hotels.com. I had to search the internet for the customer service number and hotels.com apologized to me and gave me a full refund. I stayed one night and was not impressed with the room furnishings and decor needed upgrading. The breezeways and lobby areas are nicely designed though. "

"The accommodation was good and the bed size and matrass were good. I did see mosquitoes in the room which implies regular fumigation will be required. Their internet worked for a few hours and then went off. It was not never fixed until I left. There is an opportunity to improve their internet services. Water from the tape was not flowing regularly. I presume their were issues which they tried to fix. The location of the hotel is great. About 40 minutes drive to the airport. "
