110m2 duplex apartment in a villa 5 mins walk from the train station and essential shops, less than 10 mins walk from the beach (750m) and about 1km from the market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Located at the bottom of a dead end allowing to park 2 vehicles. You will have access to the 1st (kitchen, living room, separate WC, bathroom and veranda) and 2nd floors (large bedroom and dormitory, toilets), the ground floor being reserved. Pool open from April to the end of September.

Super séjour
Nous avons passe un super séjour. La maison est tres bien situé, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de ballade à pieds, les courses egalement. Le vrai plus ca a ete la piscine chauffée car malgré un temps mitigé nous avons pu en profité tous les jours. Nos enfants un garçons de 12 ans et deux filles 9 et 4 ans. Beaucoup apprécié la chambre dortoir et les poules aussi au fond du jardin. Les propriétaires nous ont parfaitement accueilli, ils ont ete vraiment gentils en prêtant des jouet pour nos enfants et en partageant et idee de découverte de la régions.

Urlaub mit Zuhause Feeling
Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, Apartment mit viel Platz, in Küche und Bad bestens ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wie „zuhause“ - dazu sehr gepflegter Pool mit großzügiger Terrasse. Gastgeber überaus herzlich, zuverlässig und immer ansprechbar. Wohnen im Parterre. Auch mit Englisch kommt man gut zurecht. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Location très bien placée à Pornichet, propre et bien équipée avec tous les produits nécessaires. Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et ont tout fait pour que l'on ne manque de rien.
