"This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return."

"This VRBO was perfect for a weekend getaway. The accommodations were clean and within walking distance of almost all attractions. We particularly enjoyed being directly across the street from Forsyth Park. Our host was a great communicator and left us a list of recommended places to visit/eat. We would definitely consider staying at this location the next time we are in town!"

"The property was excellent! The kids (teens) had fun checking out each room on each floor to pick their favorite. The balcony off the spare room was very pleasant in the morning. The patio area was nice in the evening. The overall neighborhood was quiet, for a downtown location."

They truly thought of everything in the space, which was clean, comfortable, and close to anything we wanted to do. "We had a wonderful time at Parlor on Park. The house was beautiful and inviting, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect; we just hopped on the trolley and were quickly at the Riverwalk area. We also loved being so close to Forsyth Park, which made for great morning walks. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the conveniences, and the living space was spacious. We will definitely be back."

"Overall, the home was a perfect rental for us only one thing I Would suggest the first step down on the front porch is made 3two by fours. The problem being the other steps down, only have two boards. It is very deceiving for older people you have to Be very careful taking the first step down. A suggestion would be to paint the third 2 x 4 a different color than the rest of the steps going down so you can see that there is a separation between the landing and the first step down."

"This property was beautiful and very much enjoyed. Our only negative on this property was the parking. It has its own parking space that is shared with 3 other units. We had a Suburban and was a little tight and difficult to park. This parking is just inside the security gate next to the trash can area, which is a very tight turn in. Just think others should know this. Otherwise it was wonderful time spent there. The unit is only 2 blocks from a Kroger, Forsyth Park and a stop for the on off...

"While the property was neat, clean, and functional to meet our needs, I was concerned that the three story wooden building had no fire escapes. Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning."

"Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean."

"Enjoyed the location, weather and southern. charm of the area. Walked from our home to area restaurants and shops. Starter supplies were a help until we could visit a nearby grocery store. Neighbors were a quiet lot, and traffic and road noise on Broad street was limited after dark. Great spot for the six of us abd plently of room and privacy. Showers in both bathrooms also."

"This is a beautiful home in the historic district within walking distance to many attractions. Once we understood that the property is almost two hundred years old we had a better appreciation for the parts of the home that were dated and rickety. We needed four bedrooms for our group and even though this house had ample beds there were really not four separate bed rooms. The bed pictured in the family room in the basement did not exist, but there were two sofa beds in its place which our group...

The property is well located between Tybee and the city of Savannah and is adjacent to all major amenities that you would ever need. The home is beautifully maintained, well furnished and was pristinely clean. Everything you could ever want is at your fingertips and available for your use. "Lovely home. We felt so comfortable and safe there. Hosts were amazing. We had a couple minor issues (ceiling fan, etc.) They responded immediately and went well and beyond the call of duty to remedy the issue! Location was a bit off from the 'main tourist area' of Savannah, which was nice as much less traffic and people. Would absolutely stay there again!!! Loved it all!"
