"Our stay the end of May was wonderful! Excellent communication from host for our arrival and time there. Great weather let us enjoy the beautiful lakefront including wading in the water at the small sandy beach, plus sitting on the dock with morning coffee as the sun came up. Every meal we ate outside after using the fully equipped kitchen. The property is close to 84, restaurants and stores yet quite private and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. "Booked a 4 night stay and we had no hot water for all 4 nights...many other issues but no hot water for 4 nights was the main reason for 1 star...we did ask host for discount but no answer back...also we were told their had been a power outage but we had power the whole stay and we talked to neighbors and they had hot water...best of luck to any who book this place...wife and I can't recommend."

"Family gathered from several different states for a large wedding event. We all enjoyed being able to be together in one place. The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed."

"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!"

"A nice place to get away from the stress of being a small business owner and to celebrate my birthday with family. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and enjoying coffee and the ducks floating by. Also the amazing sunsets were wonderful!"

"The hotel was decorated in New England/Uconn themes. I loved the toille style wall paper with basketball players and huskies. A giant husky greets you at the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We loved the spa-like shampoos and soaps. The complimentary drinks were greatly appreciated. "
