"Building exterior needs love, but whole town needs care. Dirty streets, litter, graffiti-inhabitants do not respect their town. The building’s interior is showy but all needs are met. Proprietress is helpful, warm, & knowledgeable. "

"Just back from an amazing stay at Demar. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Room is very spacious and clean. Lovely pool area. The owner is extremely friendly and there to answer any questions you have. Breakfast is a great add on. In a quiet area but taxis are readily available and cheap to get to the old town. I would recommend Demar to anyone who is visiting Zadar."

"We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

"Really nice hotel, good restaurant and outdoor seating area is very nice and relaxed, its around 10minute to Zadar old down, so not too far to reach the many restaurants. The direct area around the hotel does not really have any bars/restaurants only a couple of supermarkets. Other than that its been a good stay"
