I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. "This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

"Nous sommes arrivés et rien été prêt. Les toilettes super sales. Des gros cafard été la. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement. Les photos et la réalité complètement a l'opposé. Nous avons même pas voulu nous laver vu l'état des salles de bain"

"Planches rustiques grinçantes pour sommier, Matelas taché est trop grand par rapport au lit, oreillers et literie d'un blanc jaunâtre plein de taches et souillés .....le tout froissés. Les murs couverts de toiles d'araignées sans oublier les rideaux. Pas possible de se voir dans le miroir de la salle de bain et le reste suit. Le PQ n'existe pas ici et la totale pas d'eau le matin. Bref l'hôtel est à enlever du site."
