Experience nature with your family in this perfect location for picnics and walks.
The condominium has a large park, with a multipurpose sports field, a children's play area and a room with billiards.

The attic has three large bedrooms, one of which is suitable for minors (height 185-65 cm.). The two main bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm.).
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
The second bathroom has a large shower.
The third service has a sink, toilet and washing machine (no bidet, no shower).
