Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable country house "Antico Borgo San Lorenzo", from the 11st century, renovated in 1998, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 5 houses in the residence. 10 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the centre of Colle di Val d'Elsa, 14 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 24 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, 70 km from the sea, 70 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and flowers, meadow, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 140 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground.
