"On the day of the arrival, apartment could have been cleaner. Other then that was good."

"To get straight to the point: We strongly advise against booking this accommodation. Although we had booked two nights, we left the apartment after just a few hours because we were so horrified. Communication was poor from the outset and we had difficulties checking in, but we were unable to contact the hostess. The apartment itself was in a catastrophic state. "We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after."
