Welcome to your cozy cottage!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Give yourself a break and relax by visiting all the attractions the Poconos have to offer or simply enjoy this vacation retreat by sitting outside on our huge front port with a partial lake view! Our retreat has everything you need to enjoy your stay and its within minutes of all major attractions!

THE SPACE

This cozy cottage is located in Pocono Summit (Stillwater Lakes Civic Association). Everything is on one floor so you don't have to worry about constantly going up and down the stairs.
There is a washer and dryer available
The house is accessible via lock-key code which I will provide one day before arrival.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests can access all the amenities in the community for an additional fee. The amenities are: outdoor public pool, lake/beach, small basketball area, and small children playground.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars (driveway)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

You can partially view the lake from the front porch.

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking aloud inside the house
2. Please put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher (open the dishwasher door, then press start, then close the dishwasher door and the dishwasher will start.
3. Fire pit is available to use (please have the water hose next to you when using the fire pit). Also, when done using the fire pit and when it's safe to do so, please dispose any ashes in the pit by pouring into a bag **if possible
