Marc and his wife were fantastic and very helpful. The place was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything required to have great culinary experience’s and by far was best. The place was very clean, and they also had bikes we could use to enjoy the many bike paths. We would stay there again Thank you Marc David

Excellent location, misleading property listing
Clean, well presented and newly furnished property. However, whilst Vrbo state the rental is for the full property, the owners restrict the number of bedrooms based on your booking. This is disappointing and in many years of renting gîtes and properties, this was the first time we encountered this situation, Other than for the above, the property is very nice and includes everything required for a pleasant stay in the area.

Parfait
Gîte très propre et très bien agencé. Nous disposons de tout le matériel nécessaire : on s'y sent comme à la maison. Il est également très bien localisé entre Dinard et Dinan pour des promenades sur la Côte d'émeraude et le long de la Rance. Les vélos sont un plus très appréciable. Nous remercions Cathy et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour les conseils de visites de leur belle région. Nous recommandon cette location, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Very nice house in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance from the local bakery and walking trail. 20 minute drive from a lot of tourist attractions and the sea. Very kind and friendly host

uitmuntend op alle gebied
Wat een mooie vakantie hebben we hier beleefd. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Cathy in dit leuke vakantiehuis, waardoor we ons hier onmiddellijk thuis voelden. Ook de communicatie vooraf verliep heel vlot. Het huis was heel net, comfortabel en met smaak gerenoveerd en ingericht, gezellig. Rustig gelegen maar toch met heel wat mooie adembenemende plaatsen in de buurt. Deze regio in Frankrijk is echt de moeite waard om te ontdekken, te voet, met de auto, met de fiets,...Natuur, cultuur, gastronomie, historiek....voor elk wat wils. We raden dit vakantiehuis en deze streek sterk aan ! Familie Vercaemst-Devolder

Un magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé d' excellentes vacances dans une maison superbe et très bien située. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous avec nos deux enfants. La maison est vaste, rénovée avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipée. En plus, les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir toute la région. Nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette location lors d'un futur séjour en Bretagne. Vraiment top !
