"We had a wonderful memorable week at Villa Sellares in Mojacar with our family at the end of August. The villa itself is very pretty, well maintained and kitted out for your every need inside and out. Spacious and comfortably furnished inside with lots of outdoor seating and amazing panoramic sea views from the terrace. The location is up a steep hill which would be about 10 mins walk to the beach promenade but due to the August heat we drove most days. Super convenient to access all the restaurants, beaches and a few local shops for our groceries. The pool area is fantastic and we loved our breakfasts on the shaded patio outside the master bedroom, near the pool.The owner was helpful throughout our stay, as was Nigel the property manager. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we would definitely like to return and we highly recommend. "

"Just Wow....the villa and its location is just amazing. We loved the villa so much, we did not want to leave. Its clean, modern and so well equipped with everything you would want or need. There are steps up to the villa and within the villa and we did have a wheelchair user with us but as a party of 5, we had enough manpower to get our party member up and down these steps. The 2 patios with curtains gives it a really romantic feel and enables you to gain some shade throughout the day. Jackie and Marie were just fantastic. . 2 of the loveliest ladies who were so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return as this is definitely the nicest villa we have stayed in and we have holidsying in villas in Spain for the last 11 years. It is a steep walk down to the beaach and restaurants but each restaurant we visited were happy to order us a taxi to get us bachup the hill to the villa. We tried quite a few of the restaurants along the beach and were never disappointed with the food or the service. The beach was clean and the sea was warm...I managed to jump straight in without the cold water taking my breath away!! lovely"

"The property was perfect for our needs. It was just as described and lived up to previous good reviews. The owner, Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and whilst we were there. Dee and Chris, (locally) were amazing and were in touch prior to our arrival and throughout our visit. The pool area and terrace were lovely and definitely where we spent the majority of our time. The villa was extremely well equipped, with everything you would need, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, hairdryer in each bathroom, plentiful bath and beach towels. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to, what we thought was the best beac). Fab restaurants and beach clubs nearby. A bus stop was at the bottom of the road and you could travel easily to the Pueblo (old town, definitely worth visiting) and the Commercial centre. Supermarkets were within a few minutes drive. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend Casa Noott, and would return. "

"Communication was great prior to booking, in the lead up to arrival and during our stay both from the Villa owners and their appointed local agent. Small issue with the Air-Conditioning upstairs on arrival but very quickly rectified, could not have asked for a better response - the air-con kept the whole property cool enough to be a welcomed comfortable break from the constant 34c Upon arrival the check in process was very quick, easy and hassle free, keys ready on arrival. The villa was very well presented, immaculately presented, perfectly clean throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. The villa is located as described, with amazing views but at a price of a steep hill ... it is walkable at whatever pace you feel comfortable at but was never an issue, if needed local taxis for 8-10 Euros from the far end of Mojacar restaurants back home of an evening. The pool was cleaned twice a week, kept very clean and is always warm. Plenty of very good restaurants/bars a short walk or drive away - our favorites being Titos or La Cabana with the most incredible ice creams from Gelateria Italiana Alberto. All in all a prefect villa, perfect location, perfect weather and a lovely 2 weeks holiday in Mojacar. Would we visit again, recommend to others? Absolutely YES Thank you for a wonderful holiday giving us some very special memories. p.s Keep an eye out for the Chameleons keeping company around the pool area."

"The house feels a bit tired inside, there is no air con and no wifi, a dated kitchen and a gas bottle that you have to turn on then off again for hot water. But the location is great, there are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the views and eat and drink at and a great private pool."
