If you have a large family, you have the option to rent the our suites, they’re not connected but are situated side by side. Whether you're looking for a quiet trip for two or a fun adventure with friends or family, our suites in Playacar are a great place to begin your exploration of the Riviera Maya. You can easily get to the beach, Mayan Ruins, the Hard Rock Golf Course, an outstanding running track, restaurants, a gym, pilates, yoga, indoor cycling, and stores by walking, biking, or driving.
The suites comes furnished with everything you’d need and has been stylishly decorated with a bohemian-chic theme. The bedroom offers a plush king bed, a spacious closet and a TV with Firestick for downtime moments. There’s also direct access to a private balcony overlooking the pool, where you’ll have a table and chairs to relax with a beverage and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature and tropical scenery. In the adjoining area, a futon can be laid down to accommodate sleeping space for 2. If you have a large family, you have the option to rent the suite next door as well . They’re not connected but are situated side by side. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there’s indoor dining for 4 at the breakfast bar.
The common areas include two gorgeous swimming pools, comfortable sun loungers, a BBQ area, restrooms, and a quiet spot for relaxation or reading.
The property is located inside the gated community of Playacar, about 56 km | 35 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always refer to your mobile map app for accurate driving times, as they may vary depending on the time of day. There’s first come, first serve parking onsite if you’re arriving by car. The accommodation is located 20 minutes from the beach on foot (5 minutes by car or golf cart) and 20 minutes from the center of Playa del Carmen on foot (8 minutes by car). There are taxis outside the condo for easy access.
- During the day, you might hear intermittent noise from the construction site in front.
ACCESS TO THE REEF RESORT:
We will provide a card to our guests that allows up to 4 to access The Reef Resort and use its facilities. This access does not include food, beverages, or any other services unless you would like to purchase a day pass for 1500 MXN. We have a preferential rate due to having the Playacar resident card.
There is a complimentary transportation service available using a golf cart, which can take you anywhere WITHIN the Playacar residential area during the established schedule from 7 am to 7 pm.
For stays longer than 28 days, bed linen changes and complimentary cleaning are included every 15 days. If you require more frequent changes, there will be a charge of $30 USD.
Electricity consumption of 15 KW/day (the average consumption) is included. We encourage conscious energy consumption as any usage over 15 KW/day is charged at $8 pesos per KW. A meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out to determine any overconsumption. Any electricity consumption exceeding the established limit will be charged in cash when booking through Airbnb in any currency (USD, MXN, or EURO). For bookings made through any other OTA, the overage will be deducted from the security deposit. Electricity on longer than 30+ nights is not included.
If you lose the keys or do not return them upon checkout, there is a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
If the Playacar resident card is lost or not returned, there is a fee of $1,000 MXN.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded 7 days after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- The apartment will only be handed over to the main guest listed on the booking, who must present official identification. In case the main guest is absent, no exceptions will be made even if the companions are present.
