"Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen"

"The house was very well presented, with all the amenaties you'd expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially great. We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! "This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "
