"Don’t judge a book by its cover! We were a little iffy based on the location, but as soon as we walked in, it was nothing but amazing service! We had a great stay at this location from the check in process to the employees that we spoke to. The M Club service was amazing too! Some components in our room’s bathroom needed to be addressed but all in all, clean atmosphere, friendly service, and overall great stay. "

"Had a long travel day from Japan and wanted somewhere right outside the hectic city and I got there super late they were so welcoming at 11pm and even sold me food etc from bar even tho it was closed because I hadn’t eaten and didn’t go to store before I got there. Pool opened at 7 am so morning swim was amazing. A "

"Centrally located in downtown Providence, the hotel is a short walk to everything that Providence has to offer. Complimentary snacks and spacious rooms. Offsite valet parking was expensive ($40 per night), but otherwise, was an affordable stay in Rhode Island."

"The room was spacious and clean. The check in and check out was easy and quick. The staff was polite and helpful. Theres plenty of parking in the parking lot. There’s little food shops and a little center right next to the hotel. "
