"I arrived very late at night (2300). I tried to call the hotel to let them know but was unable to contact the hotel - the phone number wasn’t correct, so when I arrived the gate was closed. Apparently, you could slide the big gate open but I didn’t know that. When I did get in (a local person phoned the hotel), the staff were very nice and checkin was easy despite little English being spoken.
The suite was huge with a full lounge, a huge bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/storage area. Everything...
"When trying to check in receptionist kept asking if I booked with agoda she didn't even check on her computer. The manager came and said he couldn't find my reservation, then later he was able to find it.The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was super noisy."

Breakfast was good and varied and fresh. The staff were extremely helpful and always professional and polite.
They have a shuttle bus that took me to and from a museum (MAG office - google it - so interesting).
