Conveniently located in beautiful Cape Haze near the Boca Grande Pass, which is famous for World Class Tarpon Fishing. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on spacious lot surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The home is well cared for and accommodates up to 6 people with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The split floor plan offers a nice level of privacy. Decompress in the soaker tub or sit pool side in the screened in lanai soaking in the sunshine. This location is quaint and peaceful but also close to local beaches, fishing, restaurants, and shopping. Come relax and unwind. Please note this is a monthly rental. Pets considered.
