"This was one of the nicest, cutest little cottages we've ever stayed in. Bryan and his wife thought of everything. The place was spotless, bed was comfortable and really had everything that we needed. They left no stone unturned. Plenty of extras were provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap including a stool in the shower perfect for us ladies to shave our legs. We enjoyed being able to walk to Dearborn St. and going to the farmers market on Thursdays....

"This was our first time staying outside of the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island. We found the Captiva Sunset neighborhood to be perfect in every way. Walk to everything, restaurants, library, Island Shop for groceries, bike rentals, Chapel By The Sea and more. The neighborhood is very quiet, and yet at night you can hear the soft sounds of music from the restaurants nearby. The community pool l is one of the nicest I have ever seen with more than adequate chairs and a large swimming area....

"The property was just as described. Everything was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed and then some. Was a quick walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand, the owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! Currently there is still so much devastation from the relentless back to back hurricanes. Please be respectful for those that lost so much. "
