"Overall, our stay at Olala Homes was great. The apartment is cozy and clean—perfect for our family of four adults. The metro station is within walking distance, and the host was excellent, responding quickly to any questions. The self check-in process was very smooth. The area feels a bit rough, but we felt safe overall."

"Beautiful apt, spacious felt like a house. Nespresso machine was perfect for coffee in the a.m. looks exactly like the pictures. No ac was only a factor 1st and 2nd day lots of airflow. One suggestion, maybe a smaller table fan for the room opposed to the industrial fan that was extremely loud. We enjoyed the apt and neighborhood. "

"The property was clean, quiet and exactly what we needed to spend a couple of days in Barcelona. Our host went out of his way to make sure we have the info we needed to navigate the city and even checked us in early. We highly recommend."

No hot water to shower for almost two days before someone came to fix. window shutter not fixed during our whole stay. Support number answered calls but then nobody to execute (apartments are handled not by host but by a company)."

"We stayed here for a week and had issues with the sink clogging and the safe not opening even though we requested the code to unlock it. I ended up giving up on contacting them as the safe wasn’t too much of a concern as much as the sink. "

"This apartment was very clean and modern (with a large shower in the bathroom). It was the most comfortable apartment that we have rented in Europe. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. The nearby Art Museum of Catalunya is an absolute gem. Rosa and Miguel are terrific hosts."
