Good hotel
"My stay is always good at this property. I was however, disappointed in my room 321 with no microwave and a view of the roof top. Normally, I stay on the 7 floor. They were doing renovations on the sixths and seventh floor. Charlie at the Front Desk and server Pam were great."

Nice area, good dining options. Star Asian buffet was a great Chinese buffet and located right beside the Holiday Inn Express

Based upon my initial visit there I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Pittston or surrounding areas. Everything you need is in one area either in the hotel or in the shopping center where it is located.

I only saw a busy shopping area, just like any other suburban area in the country with big box stores and mediocre chain and fast food restaurants. I didn't need to stay long, so I didn't look any deeper.
