"This cabin is brand new, under three weeks old. It is in a very quiet area. ATV trailhead is just down the street maybe a 1/4 mile. We didn't stay here to ride the trails but to see family. Cabin has a queen bed, fold out (very comfortable) couch. Huge bathroom with shower/tub. Lots of storage. Kitchen with a big stove. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to questions. "For safety there was no fire extinguisher, and the 2 fire alarms in the house was not working. There was an electric heater but the wall above and below plug in had burn marks. The upstairs bedroom had a board on ceiling with black mold. One board was rotted on deck stairs. Also a hole rotted threw on the deck by the door to go in (they put a portable ramp sideway to cover hole which we kept tripping over) The picture showed a nice view of the water but cant see from house have to go down goat...
