Nicely furnished holiday home on the outskirts of Dresden at the gates of Saxon Switzerland! Our house is quietly located in a residential area and is still central. You can start and end the day on the terrace while your children play in the garden. A children's travel bed with pillows and blanket can be placed in the bedroom on request. Excursions are plentiful. In 20 minutes you are at the Frauenkirche in Dresden, or in 5 minutes in the Schloßpark and Schloß Pillnitz. Or ride your bikes along the Elbe. The Königstein Fortress is only 18 km away, the Karl May Museum in Radebeul 27 km, the Bastei 14 km and Meissen 50 km, and many other interesting sights nearby are just waiting to be visited by you. Motorcyclists will also feel comfortable in Saxon Switzerland and enjoy their excursions. A garage for 4-5 motorbikes is available. Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Prachtig huis in groene oase in Pirna nabij Dresden

Ons verblijf was geweldig. Een prachtig huis, groene omgeving, veel bezienswaardigheden en natuurlijk Dresden, dat gemakkelijk en snel bereikbaar is.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ist vorhanden.

Es war alles sehr schön, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Toreinfahrt ist etwas schmal; mit einem größeren PKW etwas kniffelig, aber natürlich zu bewältigen. Herauszuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Wenn man gutes Wetter hat, ist der Garten und die Terrasse ein Highlight.

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und ist komplett ausgestattet. Freundlicher Empfang. Stelllmöglichkeit für 2 Autos und Fahrräder vorhanden. Bushaltestelle fußläufig in ca.10 Minuten erreichbar. Konnten unser Deutschlandticket für alle für uns interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten nutzen. Ein gelungener Wanderurlaub.

Super Lage, gut ausgestattet

Das Haus hat eine super Lage: aus den Fenstern und dem Garten schaut man direkt in einen kleinen Wald. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut (bis auf die fehlende Waschmaschine mal abgesehen); gerade die Küche ist sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet.Wenn man mit vier Erwachsenen im Haus wohnt, ist das Bett im Schlafzimmer 2 etwas unkomfortabel, mit Kindern ist es vermutlich aber kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand. Es besitzt einen großen Garten, sodass man die Nachbarn nicht stört und sehr für sich sein kann. Es ist toll gelegen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und Ausflüge in die sächsische Schweiz, aber auch nach Dresden zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten ein Kaufland, Apotheke, dm und weitere Geschäfte; der Penny ist sogar mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht. Im Ort gibt es eine tolle Eisdiele, die sogar Hundeeis anbietet (haben wir so tatsächlich noch nie gesehen 😃). Auf dem Grundstück des Hauses gibt’s genug Parkmöglichkeiten (2-3 PKWs gehen locker rein) und auch einen Schuppen für Fahrräder oder Ähnliches. Das Haus ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, hat eine toll ausgestattete Küche und ganz viele Bücher und Spiele für Groß und Klein. Das Erdgeschoss kann mit Jalousien verdunkelt werden, im Obergeschoss sind Vorhänge und Innen-Lamellen vorhanden. Für besonders heiße Tage stehen Ventilatoren bereit. Wir haben sie trotz Hitze nicht genutzt, da wir tagsüber alles dicht gemacht haben und in der Nacht alles gut runterkühlen konnten. Einige wenige Mankos waren ein fehlender Schrank für Lebensmittel, die nicht gekühlt werden müssen, und die undichte Dusche, die das Bad (nach vier Personen) jedes Mal fast schon geflutet hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen und die Abende auf der großen Terrasse verbracht. Die Kinder haben sich über die “neuen” Spielsachen gefreut ☺️

Hervorragende Unterkunft in allen belangen.Haus liegt am Waldesrand mit himmlischer Ruhe.Seen sind gleich in der Nähe.Bad Spandau, Dresden, Pirna sind sehr zu empfehlen für Ausflüge.

Ruhige Lage - aber von dort aus kann man Dresden und die sächsische Schweiz gut erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber.

Sehr gemütlich und ideal gelegen!

Wir wollten Dresden und Umgebung und die sächsische Schweiz kennenlernen. Hierfür ist das Haus ideal gelegen. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind sehr viele Attraktionen in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten es auch noch länger dort ausgehalten! Sowohl der Willkommensgruß durch die Vermieter als auch die nette Betreuung durch die in der Nachbarschaft wohnende Verwalterin runden den absolut positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos empfehlen!

Mooie accomodatie

Het vakantiehuis is ons goed bevallen. De ontvangst (met fles wijn en water) was heel aangenaam. Het huis is met veel bijzondere details ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De keuken is een gezellige plek om te zitten. Vanwege het mooie weer hebben we veel op de veranda gezeten en soms in de tuin. Vanuit het huis hebben we fijn kunnen fietsen naar Pirna en langs de Elbe. Ons enige minpuntje was het hek om met de auto naar de parkeerplek te rijden. Het is nogal smal en wij hebben een kras op de auto opgelopen. Op de parkeerplek zijn de stenen heel erg ongelijk, Dat zou nog verbeterd kunnen worden.Maar we hadden een heerlijke week in Graupa.

Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unsere 3 Wochen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten FH sehr genossen und konnten total gut entspannen. Die ruhige Lage war absolut perfekt und als Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Unternehmungen ideal. Ob Bastei, Dresden, Elbradweg und vieles mehr optimal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ruhige Ferienunterkunft

Da Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ortsteil zwischen Pirna und Dresden und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Von Graupa aus sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Sächsischen Schweiz in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist umfangreich. In der Küche wurde nichts vermisst, selbst ein Holzkohle-Grill ist auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Für die Fahrräder ist eine Garage vorhanden. Ein Bäcker und ein Discountmarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Fazit: Optimale Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage.

Super Urlaubswoche

Die Bilder in der Anzeige haben Lust gemacht, in diesem Objekt ein paar schöne Tage in der alten Heimat zu verbringen. Und es hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
