For shared use: swimming pool (50 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Monterosso" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Vernazza 9 km, Monterosso al mare 10 km, Corniglia 13 km, La Spezia 22 km, Lerici 33 km, Riomaggiore 31 km. Hiking paths: Parco Nazionale Cinque Terre.
