Everything in this hotel was dirty and broken. There were random pieces of wood screwed to the bathroom wall in our room and a big hole in the wall. The floor and sink had dirt and hair. Half the lights didn't have bulbs. The hot tub smelled rotten. The one ice machine in the whole hotel was broken and no alternatives were offered. The workout room had no working equipment at all. I was told breakfast was from 730-930 and came down at 8:50 and absolutely no food, hot coffee or anything out at all. When I asked where breakfast was, the attendant said he ran out of food and shut it down early. I got upset and asked the manager who then said the time of breakfast was controlled by the health dept. I was told 7:30-9:30, so they warmed up some eggs and sausage. We were so disappointed and completely over this awful hotel.

Tub knob was broken, had ti hold down button for toliet to flush, the siding glass door did not lock was unsafe for little children whoch we had 2 under 2. And was very dirty

hotel was clean and they was friendly. But the toilet seat was break, told the front desk to make sure i dont get a charge. Other ther that we stayed on 7th floor and had the best view of the city and mountains. Id stay there again.

The location was very good, near to the attractions, but several things make me categorize as poor. The carpet was dirty and a portion of the carpet was damaged, no shampoo or enough towels on the room, the TV was dirty with some sticky material, the closet have one missing door, the room phone was not connected, the coffee maker does not have the water recipient. Probably lack of personnel but still give me a bad feel.

Front desk staff very rude. People in front of us at check in were actually requesting a refund due to finding “bed bugs!” Towels did not ever appear clean and had stains, rips, and tears in them. Best thing I can say is at least had running water! But don’t bother telling front desk any of your concern/complaints as the only reply you will get is “today is a new day… that was yesterday.” Will never stay here again and read other reviews and you will not want to either!

Room was nice, comfortable and clean. They do seem lightly staffed but it was no issue. The breakfast bar could use a little more attention as far as selection and making sure selections present are full. Excellent price value.

Not sire how old thos place is. Its in dier need of an overhaul. Inside and out. The pool was not even in use outside. I did not look for the indoor pool. Nor did we partake in the continental breakfast. The room was very outdated. Living in the 80's still. Newest thing was the tv. Sitting on a stang instead of using the bracket that was actually on the wall. The faucet where the vanity was , was broken and pointing to the side so you couldn't use that. The balcony door was tough to open unless you put some muscle to it. Will not be recommend it to anyone in the car community that im in or the Jeep community and that is tens of thousands. Only reason I stayed 2 full days is everything was booked up. And thats what happens when 5,000 people descend on Gatlinburg. Only nice thing I can say is the two staff members I met were very nice.

The beds looked like they were slept in. Like they didnt change the sheets but just made them. The room smelled. The night table had coffee and sticky stuff. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. I asked the lady if they had milk for cereal, and she looked at me and chuckled no like something was funny. I won't be going back nor referring anyone there.

Stay away from this property! I’m sure at one time this was a nice hotel but for whatever reason it has been left to just deteriorate. It started off by the front desk person yelling at my teen son during check in. What did he do, you may ask, he walked past the front desk to allow me and my husband to stand where we would be able to talk to the clerk. The front desk clerk actually yelled “Get back here your parents haven’t paid yet!” Like where was he going to go with out a room key, it made no sense. The back door doesn’t lock, the balcony door to our room that didn’t lock either. BTW the balcony is about 24 inches deep a chair can’t even sit forward. The towels actually have holes (I have photos) and there is mold on the caulking in the shower. There was actual garbage on the hallway floor that did not get picked up the entire time we were there. I’m hesitant to even use Expedia again if they allow hotels like this in their listings, it’s really that bad. Don’t expect a decent breakfast either, you get 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat and an entire hotel has to eat within that time too so forget sitting down. The food is awful, no ketchup for anything. They charged us an extra 15.00 for our 5th person when we paid extra to stay in a room that sleeps 6 people. Oh and the outdoor pool, that’s not even open. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made booking a room hopefully I’ll save someone else from making the same mistake we did.

Thisbproperty lokks abandoned and unfinished, to the point that me abd my family had to book another hotel for our stay. I even canceled the reservation and was still charged for the room. When i did get a response back from the hotel via email it was in arabic and no one answred the phone so i could speak to a live person. I was able to cancel on the expedia website which made no difference because the hotel still charged me for the entire stay! Not just one night
