About This Cabin

Falling Leaf Hideaway is a luxury and spacious well equipped cabin overlooking the hillside. Our cabin has an expansive view of trees and mountains and is only six minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Falling Leaf Hideaway is the perfect Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain retreat because it is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing and conveniently located. After a day of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg adventures it's just a quick drive back to the cabin where you can relax and soak in the hot tub while looking out at the stunning hills and mountains in front of you. Each of the four bedrooms has a bathroom attached, with a theater room and game room on the bottom floor. You will find expansive decks on all three floors for your relaxation. Two community pools are available for use during the warmer months.

The Space

Our place is a luxury log cabin where you can get away from it all but still feel right at home. There are three separate floors, with four ensuite bedrooms which allows for maximum privacy, and on the bottom floor there is a theater room with power reclining seats and a kitchenette for drinks and to make some popcorn. The stunning view can be seen from each of the three floors. The main floor has the kitchen/dining room and a comfortable TV area with a fireplace. The third floor has another expansive balcony with a beautiful pool table just inside, with large windows that look out to the tranquil mountains.

Guest Access

Guests will access the cabin using a keyless entry. A unique door code will be provided for your stay before the check-in date. The cabin has a parking area where three cars can be parked comfortably.

Pet Friendly Property

We are a pet friendly vacation rental. We allow up to two dogs with a 35 pound weight limit for each. There is a one time charge for $150 top bring your dog(s). Also, the owners of pets are responsible for any damage created by the pet(s).

Other Things to Note

A link to a digital guidebook will be sent to you through email before your stay. Please verify that you have provided the email address so that we can send you the digital check-in information prior to check in. This guidebook will have everything you will need for your stay including access and check-in information, house rules and procedures, food and activity recommendations, and check-out information. You will also be sent a mobile app that is the interactive version of the Welcome Guide and you can take it with you during your adventures.

Background and Renter Verification Notice

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Refunds

Refunds can take up to ten days depending on the processor and credit card used. When a booking is canceled, and a refund is due based on the cancelation rules, the fee for processing the credit card is not refundable. The fee for processing credit cards is 3%.
