"Great, quaint apartment. Well equipped. Amazing patio where you could interact with the neighbours and see the ocean. The owners had a great map and a book of information that was so helpful for places to visit and places to eat. Only a few steps away from the walkway that goes all along the waterfront - really a great spot. Nice little market about a 3 minute walk away with bwryrhinf you would need. The one dog next door did bark a ton as people mentioned but if you spent time outdoors he got...

"We stayed 4 nights in this location when we first arrived in the Azores. Location is super clean and modern. It comes with a washing machine, full kitchen, bath, and air-conditioning. It's about 10min from Ponta Delgada center and close to the highways so traveling around to different sites is super easy. The proprietor lives onsite and is super helpful and accessable. It's even better than expected based off of the pictures provided. Parking is on street but was never a problem."
