"This is our third stay at this delightful villa in Abruzzo. The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."

"This was our 5th year staying at Casale Giacinta. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by wonderful scenery (mountains and sea) and offers a great base for exploring the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso or the coast and beaches north and south of Pescara. The villa is really well appointed with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and there is a barbecue area, bicycles, a table tennis table and a wonderful swimming pool. "The staff was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, but only what is common for older European properties. There was a balcony, but the view was just the building across the street. The breakfast included was excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance of most things, especially transport. Got off our train from Rome, and we were at our hotel entrance in five minutes walking. Approximately a ten minute walk to the beach, with some wonderful cafes and gelato shops on the way. We will definitely stay here again."
