"The setting for this home was amazing, in the hills north of Florence. Communication with Louisa, the owner was good. They live just up the hill and were friendly and helpful - they also know owners of the local pizzeria in town. Pool water was too cool to swim. Outdoor seating area was a great place to wind down at the end of the day and enjoy a couple of bottles of Chianti from around the area. WiFi could have been better, but worked. "Property was beautiful and flourishing with plants. House was perfect for our family of 8"

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...

"Fantastic property and surroundings. The property gives "jungle" vibe with really well maintained outdoor surroundings and pool area. The owner is easy to communicate with and is really helpful. If you are a large family notice that 3-4 people have to sleep in a common room close making it potential a bit challenging if you are not close family. Gets out best recommendations overall!"
