Nice and comfortable townhouse perfect location in Old Town Scottsdale. Just bring your clothes and enjoy this cozy Gem.

Plenty of restaurants in the area, hit a spring training game or enjoy a walk on the fen belt. Lots to do all with in a mile or two away from the townhome.

Quiet neighborhood - small townhouse
Downstairs is compact and updated. Upstairs partially updated; carpet needs replacing. Two bedrooms and one bath upstairs, a little tight for more than a couple (we were a couple with a teenager). Neighborhood modest and quiet.

It was just ok. Could use a good deep cleaning and an inventory. Televisions are Ruku which is ok, if that’s what you want. We actually found an antenna the day before we left.

Missed the Mark
This property is conveniently located, spacious and well laid out. But it was not what we expected or were looking for. The furniture, carpet, and lighting are dated and need some attention. The linens, bedding and overall cleanliness were not acceptable. And based on the ~$275 in fees, we expected more. Subsequently, we did not stay in this property for the duration of our booking.
