Check in confusion, property in need of repair
There was massive confusion about when our stay was starting and if the property was cleaned. I was not contacted by the owner at all for check in. I had to reach out via phone and text and was not connected to the owner until 10 pm the night of check-in via VRBO support. The property itself was in need of repair and general upkeep. There were also multiple instances of verbal domestic disputes and dogs barking late at night. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

Comfortable and Clean - 15 minutes to GCU
We had a great stay at the condominium. The complex is quiet and well-maintained with 2 pools, workout area, and a hot tub. The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed away from home. Fry's grocery, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, and high-end shopping 5 minutes away.

Excellent 2 bedroom property to rent. Clean and close to good restaurants, shops and mall. Easy access to Interstates 10 & 17, and Hwy 51. Only 7 miles to Sky Harbor International Airport Terminals or 5 miles to airport rental car return. Location is gated and has an assigned parking space for unit. Will rent this property again if have a need for additional family accommodations.
