Needs deep cleaning
Rugs and carpets need to be cleaned. Overall, House was “dusty”.. Daily Internet problems. Went out a lot. Especially at 9 - @:30 am. We called the property manager, who had to call his Assistant so we could locate the modem, which we had to reset often. Great Laundry, stove and fridge. There was confusion about checkout. The instruction booklet in the house said 11 am, but manager sent me a message the day before that it was 10. All in all, we don’t think they paid much attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.
While vacuuming the master bedroom, we noticed Some wrappers, sock and dry cereal. My husband cleaned what he can reach. Other than that the place was very comfortable and homey.

We loved the area, close to Tempe. Perfect for 3. We had an issue with the heater when we got there it was responded to and fixed within a hr. Happy with the quick response. Neighbors were friendly too and super quiet neighborhood. Makes you feel at ease. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
