Welcome to your 3-bedroom Mesa retreat! This inviting home is perfect for families or friends! You'll find all the essentials here, including a washer and dryer, AC, heating, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. You will probably fall in love with the floorplan & its convenient location!

Relax and enjoy the community amenities, including multiple pools open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM. For outdoor fun, explore the playgrounds, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, and picnic areas. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this Mesa home has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Ideally situated in Mesa near the 101 and 60 freeways, this location offers effortless access to the entire metro valley. Whether you're heading to nearby attractions or exploring the broader Phoenix area, getting around is a breeze from this prime location.

Sleeping arrangement:
Main bedroom: King bed
Second Bedroom: Queen bed
Third Bedroom: Twin bed with an additional trundle Twin size bed

You'll have free Wi-Fi and wireless internet!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

*** The HOA does require additional information to register with them to get access to the community amenities. This does require a $25 registration fee and also additional vehicle information. *** (Optional)
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Large groups of all adults under 50 years old may not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews may not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old may not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance may not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account may not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card or for someone else may not be accepted.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings may be required on reservations over 30 days.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

*Attention City of Mesa and guests. This is NOT a short term rental. Anyone who books for less than a month will have days added to their reservation for free in order to comply with the community rules and city and state rules. *

After you pay for your reservation, we like to confirm everything by phone and exchange information.
*New or Last Minute travelers MAY not be accepted. $140 Cleaning every 14 days excludes laundry. If you booked less than 30 days we will add on more!
