* Easily accommodates 10 people * Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate District, Best Golf Courses, State Farm Stadium-Cardinals football stadium, Barrett Jackson, Local Casinos, Top Golf, Lake Pleasant and the Phoenix Open and more * Few blocks to 101, I-10, US-60 freeways / highways * Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale just 30 minutes away * Costco, Safeway, Fry's, Gas stations, Fast food, P-83 etc. within 1-3 miles Open floor plan living with a great vibe. Tasteful finishes, high ceilings, 3 big screen TVs plus bonus amenities. Great layout for that privacy when needed and a spacious family room to get together and enjoy. You’ll love the location and most definitely the backyard, grill, patio and pool. Front door enters right into inviting living room and Dining room, it’s sure to impress. 5 spacious bedrooms plus a very large family room with Gas powered Fireplace. The 5th bedroom downstairs has work desk, chair, extra monitor and bed as well. 1 king and 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds and 1 Full size bed. The whole place is yours to sit back, relax and enjoy. Meals, board games, movie night, pool time, grilling and so much more. We’re very accommodating! If there’s a missing amenity that you’re not sure if we have, please feel free to message us and if we don’t have it yet we’ll do everything we can to make it happen for you within reason. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property was filthy. Toe nail clippings on floor in living room. Dirty wine glasses, outdoor furniture was covered with sticky substance and dirt. Windows so dirty hardly able to see outside. No cleaning materials to clean ourselves. No hand soap, shampoo or towels in main bedroom. Large dog poop left on grass outside. Owner non responsive when I sent photos, he said my criticism was unwarranted.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2025
