The Home:
Completely renovated in 2021 and this spacious home provides everything you need for your visit to Scottsdale, Arizona. Through the front door you will find a thoughtfully designed, well equipped, and welcoming space.

Living Space:
The cozy living room is outfitted with new leather furniture and a 60" Hulu TV loaded with all of your favorite streaming apps.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has sleek modern finishes, a nice sized pantry, bar stool seating for 2, a Keurig, a toaster, a blender, pots, pans, baking dishes, and everything else you need to feel at home.

Primary Bedroom:
On the east side of the home is the generously sized primary bedroom, a walk in closet, 2 sinks, and a shower.

Extra Bedrooms:
On the west side of the home down the hall you will find 2 bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo.

Outdoors:
The private back yard includes a swimming pool, an above-ground spa, a propane powered BBQ, and an outdoor dining set.

Pool:
The swimming pool is a perfect place to cool off on Scottsdale's warmer desert days. There are 4 lounge chairs around the pools to soak in the sun. There is a child safety fence around the pool.
Please note - The pool does not have the option to be heated.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub maintains a heated temperature and can be used by guests at no additional cost. Instructions on how to adjust temperature and how to use jets will be sent upon check-in.

Parking:
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. The garage is not available to guests at this time. The owner uses this space for storage.

3. No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines up to $2,500.

4. Occupancy limited to max amount shown in listing

5. Guests will be charged for any damage to home or furniture resulting from their stay

6. Any items left behind can be sent back to guest for a handling fee and cost to ship.

7. Parents must supervise children at all times in the backyard. No pool fence and no lifeguard on duty.

8. Guests take responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using home. By booking this home, guests assume risk of any harm that arises from use of property.
