"Our second time staying at Loews Philadelphia and both stays have been wonderful. Clean, comfortable, walkable area, dining options, and close to a train station. Great gym facility as well. Employees at Bank & Bourbon attached to the hotel were very friendly. Hostess was very personable. Hope to be back!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The bar that night was short of staff, even though, the barman, was able to serve each customer with kindness, courtesy, efficiency and a smile. Kudos for him.
