"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. "Maybe one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. It's been updated recently so the pictures don't show how well equipped it is. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is a 9 min walk to the train station. Then you're in the center of everything in basically 5-10 mins. I spent a week in Vienna and you really can't beat the value you get from the Social Hub. "
