Stylish Beach Cottage in the heart of South Freo

This is our cherished family home, right on the doorstep of the beach and the restaurants of South Street. Great for summer, timber throughout, easy and breezy, relaxed atmosphere paired with beautiful, original features and modern design.

Bedrooms are simple, with a lot of living space, a library and tv room as well as playroom and dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen. Bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Location is excellent for a lifestyle of heading to the beach and out for lunch or dinner on the main strip. Excellent for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children. Laundry facilities and state of the art whitewoods in kitchen and laundry. all newly updated and renovated.

Backyard is shared with a little cottage where a doctor lives and has grass and old olive tree as well as outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Looking to rent out from 7th November 2024 - 1st February 2025. Would prefer 1 person this entire time but will look at other offers.
