Eppie, Powgavie Cottages

Eppie is a traditional cottage. It was refurbished and extended to be a cosy and comfortable holiday home. We are in a peaceful rural location but it is easy to get to both Perth and Dundee, and explore Perthshire, Angus and Fife. The V&A museum, Dundee, Glamis Castle, Scone Palace, St Andrews are amongst the many local attractions.
Eppie adjoins a second holiday cottage, Flisk but they are not connected. There is a garden, parking, a shed for storing bikes and great views across farmland to the Sidlaw Hills and the River Tay.
The living, kitchen, dining area is open plan and has patio doors out to the garden. There is a utility room with washing and drying facilities.
You can store bikes in the garden shed where there is a barbeque and garden furniture for guests use.
There is a smart TV and unlimited, fast wifi.
