Ideally located near the beaches, it also has a heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September. In addition, this house has a large garden with a terrace of 100 square meters, perfect for breakfasts in the open air or to enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunset.

This house welcomes you with a lounge area accessible by stairs, including a large sofa, a library and a fireplace (which is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped. You will find: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils needed to cook good meals. Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a bathroom. A pull-out bed is also available if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a shower room. A washing machine is also available, as well as a parking space.
You will also have access to the large garden, with its furniture, barbecue and, of course, to the pool.
