The perfect family vacation home! Get your Latitude Adjustment at the beach!

"Latitude Adjustment" is the perfect family friendly beach home. This home is new to the rental market in May 2020 and offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps and dines 16 guests, and is 2 blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico. A large circular driveway allows for plenty of parking and easy access to the house. The first floor has a wrapped porch that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or an ice cold drink in the afternoon. Guests can choose from 1 King bed, 3 Queens, and 4 Twins for their sleeping arrangements. The Master bathroom has access to a private balcony and features a spa grade, whirlpool bathtub. The spacious kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef in your group. Looking to rent during the Blue Angels Airshow? Look no further. This house is in the middle of the Blue Angels flight pattern and you can watch the planes bank from the balcony.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. Property is nice. Few minor things tv upstairs in master didn’t work, repairmen in the house for two days. This made the floors filthy. Otherwise amazing location and house.

This place was so accommodating for our large crowd! It was clean and spacious and the check in staff were very helpful. A short walk to the lovely white sand beach and a few shops and restaurants made it perfect for young adults and teens.

We're from Pensacola, but wanted to spend a few days at the beach for a late summer "staycation." The house was beautiful, functional, comfortable and BIG! We had friends and family in and out all week so the large driveway/carport area was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was great! :-) A few steps to the beach and an easy ride to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time!!!

We spent a week at this property and ended with seeing the blue Angels practice show on Friday, July 12. Can’t say enough about the location and the size of the house. We were very comfortable with our party of 13 adults and one child. Definitely would recommend it. Check in and check out for super simple and everything worked perfectly. We had a great time at Latitude Adjustment. We stayed with three families and had plenty of space to sleep and hang out in the common areas. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc.

The property and location was absolutely beautiful. Property was clean. Well decorated. Well maintained. the beach at this property was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and sunset from both the beach and the Bayside was wonderful. Excellent location within close proximity of all restaurants and bars. We look forward to possibly renting the property again. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
