"Property is a very accessible water front cottage with clean shoreline and dock great for swimming and fishing . Great views of boaters accessibg the Trent-Severn water system . Large deck for cooking and eating . Kurig coffee maker was not mentioned, just "coffee maker". Two patio doors open to the deck. One door with mo screen and the second door had a screen in need of repair Loft above boathouse is great and updated.. Overall we had a great family vacation. "

"There are so many misrepresentation in ad and the actual property: The address in VRBO was different than the actual property’s address . Property suppose to have a lake view however it was facing to a lagoon which no swimming was allowed. This property suppose to have 8 Bed rooms per VRBO however there are only 5 bedrooms. The property should have AC and fan however there are fans only . It was hot.. Beds should be enough for 15 people however the two aired camping beds were not working...

"Enjoyed the cottage for a full two weeks. The water entry has sand bottom and shallow. Great for young and older! Large flat lakeside lawn great for outdoor games. The large deck was enjoyed all times of the day and night. Fire pit right by the lake is perfect for star gazing. Inside there is a large dining table great for dinners and game nights. The furniture has been updated since last year. Cottage well equipped with TV and internet if you have to stay connected to technology. ...

"Firstly,the cottage was extremely cold. It would have been better if the owner had checked the heating system prior to our arrival, as it took a significant amount of time for the cottage to warm up. However, the biggest problem we encountered was with the water supply. When ten people are renting a place, it is important to consider their needs for bathing, using the toilets, and doing laundry and dishes. Unfortunately, the condition of the cottage was not suitable for accommodating these...
