"Without a doubt, one of the best holidays we’ve had. We travelled as a group of friends with children 2 to 18 years old, and there was truly something for everyone. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was huge and full of activities that after a full week, we still hadn’t explored it all! The buffet restaurants were outstanding. The variety and quality of food were impressive, and the service was exceptional. A special mention must go to one of the waitresses, 'Miraculous', who was incredibly kind and patient with our lively group of children. Her warm and friendly nature made our visits a pleasure. The pools were consistently clean, and the variety from kids’ pools to more relaxing area meant we always had something to enjoy. One day, during a temporary power outage, the slides at the water park weren’t working, but the lifeguard kept the kids entertained, which was appreciated. The beach was breathtaking clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. The facilities nearby were convenient, and even the vendors offering excursions were great to deal with. 'Victor', in particular, was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. 'Jose' from VIP Guest Services also deserves recognition. Despite us not being VIP clients, he was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The only slight disappointment was with restaurants we booked. Unfortunately, the staff there were quite rude and the food didn’t meet the same standards as the buffet. Was still a 10/10 holiday however!"

"We were sad that La Cabana didn't have Calamari and Spinach Crockettes. Also some of the food like pasta was cold that should have been hot at the Spices. We would have liked to have seen some pizza at the buffet. "

"Wonderful comfy beds . Nice breakfasts. Helpful staff. Clean. Piri piri restaurant on site was a disaster. Husband ordered a pizza finally got it .mine didnt turn up. Waiter said sorry coming in few minutes , half an hour later turned up with a plate of seafood rice. We were only one of 4 people. Just a bad night , he said he was sorry and no charge. Think someone was spaced out!"

"Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I could not exploit as much as wished. Nice meals in afternoon N of reception. Good Super Mercardo on site S of reception"

"The resort have couple of restaurants, a supermarket and a beach. You can take a bus or rent a car, but this is a walking distance from downtown. Overall value is excellent. "
