2000 square foot home on 3.5 acres - extremely private. First floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 3rd 500 square foot loft/bedroom upstairs. 2 masonry fireplaces, Beautiful views overlooking the seasonal East Verde River from a huge redwood deck. Surrounded by pines and oaks. Approximately 20 minutes from Payson near the base of the Rim. Fishing, hiking, swimming.... Ideal for romantic or family get away. Well maintained.

We were looking for a peaceful place to rest and unwind from the daily grind and we found it! The house is very clean and comfortable; the property is amazing. The owner provides detailed instructions about how to enter the house, we had zero issues. If you're looking for a getaway don't hesitate on this listing, we are already excited to return.

Perfect place to get away
My fiancé and I needed to beat the heat and get out of the valley. This place was perfect! I could sit out on that deck for days. Busted my knuckles on the front door a handful of times but we had a blast. We will surely stay again.
