"It was easy to find the hotel and we really enjoyed the area with it's shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and although we couldn't get the air conditioning to cool down the room enough, we could open the window and the nights were cooler. It is walking distance from everything we wanted to see in a lively and beautiful city."

"The hotel is in the middle of the old very beautiful town, which is greate and very convinient for going in churches, museums and walking around. Transport around is very convinient as well. The restoran in the hotel is petfect."

"The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."
